All online orders are shipped Overnight or 2-day in an insulated cooler package or box and/or dry ice at (-109.3°F) depending on the season and transit temperatures.
Once they arrive on your doorstep, freeze in storage or for the freshest taste, reheat your meats according to our instructions.
